Purpose and Reason:

Allow a family member of an individual with a disability to receive services when they are necessary for the individual with a disability to achieve an employment outcome. Allow for provision of other goods and services determined necessary for an individual with a disability to achieve an employment outcome. Insure that individuals who have been determined to have a diagnosis of blindness or severe visual impairment have equal access to information necessary to prepare for, secure, retain or regain an employment outcome.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

To provide service to eligible clients and their family members, to prevent imminent peril to the public health, safety or welfare.
